I absolute love love love this necklace it’s so beautiful BUT it breaks very easily. The straight piece of metal at the end of the chain was broken off when I opened it and the chain had come out of the little receptacle for adjusting the fit of the necklace. Luckily I had gel polish on hand and put a very thin layer on the end of the chains just to make it still enough to pass through the hole to make the necklace wearable. It worked and I have had no further issues with the necklace (ie. tarnishing skin, breakage, discoloration of the metal) overall I LOVE this shop and will be ordering again! (This was already my second time)
