We want your piece to feel right when it arrives. If it is not a fit, or if something seems off, reach out and we will help you sort it out.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
- Please include your order number when you contact us so we can process the request quickly.
- Returns need to be approved before they are sent back.
How to Start a Return
Email fl@caellia.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send the next steps and return instructions.
Exchanges
The simplest way to exchange a style is to request a return for the original piece and place a new order for the item you would rather have.
What Is Not Returnable
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or use after delivery
Craftsmanship Warranty
If your piece arrives with a defect, or develops a clear craftsmanship issue under normal wear, email us with your order number and a few clear photos. We review these cases individually and will work with you on the best next step.
Pearls, gold plating, and delicate chains are fine materials by nature. Normal wear, accidental damage, improper storage, and exposure to water, perfume, lotion, or harsh cleaners are not considered manufacturing defects.
Refund Timing
Once a return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it on their side.
If you are shopping from the European Union, you also have the 14-day cooling-off rights that apply under local law.
