Are your pearls real?
Yes. We use genuine freshwater pearls. Because they are natural, each pearl will have its own slight variation in shape, surface, and luster.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly, and that is part of the appeal of real pearls. We match for overall tone and quality, but no two pearls are perfectly identical.
What metals do you use?
Our collections include sterling silver, gold-plated sterling silver, and select solid gold styles. Material details are always listed on the product page.
Is Caellia jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our pieces are made with nickel-free materials. If you have very sensitive skin, check the materials section on the specific product page before ordering.
How should I care for pearl jewelry?
Think "last on, first off." Put pearls on after perfume, lotion, and hairspray. After wearing, wipe them with a soft cloth and store them away from harder jewelry. For a fuller guide, read our pearl care article.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
We do not recommend it. Water, steam, perfume, and cleaning products can shorten the life of gold plating and dull pearl luster over time.
