Every order at Caellia ships free, and every order ships within 1 business day. Each piece is gift-boxed and packed by hand before it leaves our studio in Massachusetts.

What to Expect

• Free shipping on every order, with no minimum.
• Ships within 1 business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. An order placed on Saturday ships by the next business day. This is dispatch time, not delivery time.
• Tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
• Delivery time after dispatch depends on your address and the carrier.

Before You Check Out

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
• Need it by a certain date? Email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can arrive in time.
• If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us right away so we can make it right.

Returns and Warranty

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible unworn, unused pieces in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are excluded. Every piece has a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. See Returns & Warranty for the details.
